In the result of fore-project analysis was defined that industrial complex territory redevelopment could capitalized the value of the existing object.
The district of the lot location is one of the most interesting area in Kharkiv. The reason for this is a reconstruction of the kilometer zone around the “Metallist” stadium due to EURO – 2012. Modern “city in the city” will appear in the area around the stadium. In the result of the fore-project study that was done in the “Kharkovproekt Institut”, was found that land lot is suitable for redevelopment and construction of residential complex with underground parking areas. Moreover it corresponds to all town-planning, sanitary and fire code requirements.
